From average Joes to the Pros - All are welcome!

    Tired of going to the same gym and doing the same workout without results?  Mix it up in 2008 with a boxer's workout!!  Walt's Boxing offers classes every night for people wanting try a fun and new way to get in shape. Here's how to get involved:



*  Erik Riley, 2007 Golden Gloves Coach-of-the-Year is available evey night train 1 on 1 with focus mitts and twice weekly run group workouts.

Open Gym (includes use of full facility,
    equipment and light sparring if desired)
            Monday - Friday from 5 - 9pm
            Saturday 1 - 4pm

Group Boxing Sessions (all levels)
             Monday - Friday from 6 - 7pm

Core Body Workouts
            Monday - Thursday from 7:25 - 8pm
            Saturday 1:25 - 2pm & 2:25 - 3pm

Focused Sparring Sessions (advanced)
            Wednesday & Friday from 7 - 9pm

Focus Mitts with Erik (all levels)
            Monday - Friday from 5 - 6pm
            ($5 for 15 minutes of 1 on 1 training)

*  Walk-In Group Training (bring your
    group of 25 or less in for a workout)
            Monday - Friday from 8 - 9pm
